MIAMI, FL (February 21, 2025)—The United States Padel Association (USPA) today announced a landmark partnership with the motorola razr Miami Premier Padel P1. The partnership secures multiple wild card spots for American players in both men’s and women’s competitions, marking a significant milestone in the development of padel in the United States and globally. The main draw of the motorola razr Miami Premier Padel P1 will take place at the extraordinary Miami Beach Convention Center from March 18-23.
The Premier Padel circuit is the world’s leading professional padel tour and will host 24 tournaments across 16 countries during the 2025 season. The inclusion of the top American players in this iconic event demonstrates the growing importance of the US market to the rapidly growing sport of padel.
Through this collaboration, the motorola razr Miami Premier Padel P1 has allocated for American players Main Draw and Qualifying Draw wild cards for both the Men’s and Women’s tournaments, providing unprecedented opportunities for these American players to compete at the highest level of professional padel.

The USPA will host a Wild Card Tournament in Miami on March 14th and 15th to determine the recipients of the motorola razr Miami Premier Padel P1 wild cards. The tournament is restricted to players holding US passports, that have represented the US on a National Team or have a USPA Ranking. The tournament will feature a maximum of eight teams.

Wild Card Tournament Details
- Players must be US passport holders.
- The tournament will be held in Miami, Florida, on March 14th and 15th.
- The tournament will be a single elimination draw.
- Players must have represented the USA in a national team, or have a USPA ranking.
- Draw selection for this tournament will consist of up to two wild card pairings as determined by the USPA Competition Committee, followed by using the combined total of the pairs USPA ranking points. Rankings list from Febraury 26th, 2025 will be used.
- Entries will close on February 27th at 11:59 am EST
- Players will be notified of acceptance by February 28th at 11:59 am EST
- The tournament will be managed by the tournament director appointed by Miami Premier Padel P1
