The Padel Nomads is a Las Vegas-based Padel community dedicated to growing the sport through travel, competition, and inclusive community building. In addition to hosting international Padel retreats, the community plans to organize USPA-sanctioned tournaments locally in Las Vegas and interstate. A core focus of The Padel Nomads is supporting and empowering women in Padel by increasing participation in competitive play. Through community outreach and women-centered events, the goal is to help strengthen registrations—particularly in women’s divisions at USPA 100 and 250 tournaments which has been very challenging in Las Vegas —and to contribute to the overall growth and competitiveness of Padel in the United States. The Padel Nomads hopes to be recognized as a USPA Premier Community and to work closely with the USPA in expanding opportunities for women in the sport.
