USA Padel is committed to ensuring the highest standards in coaching education across the country. While USA Padel does not deliver coaching certification courses directly, it formally endorses independent Padel Coaching Organizations (PCOs) that meet a comprehensive set of criteria designed to uphold excellence, safety, and professionalism in padel instruction.
Through a detailed application and review process, USA Padel evaluates each organization’s curriculum, instructor qualifications, course structure, safety practices, and continuing education programs. Only those that meet all requirements outlined in the USA Padel Endorsement Criteria and Checklist are granted official endorsement as a USA Padel-Approved Coaching Organization.
This endorsement ensures that coaches trained under these programs receive education aligned with international best practices, including standards for Safe Sport compliance, instructional quality, and player development.
USA Padel doesn’t directly offer job placements or employ any coaches. We recommend you check out the list of USA Padel-member clubs and contact them directly about potential employment opportunities, or other Padel-related job boards such as:
For any specific questions, we recommend you consult with an immigration attorney.
Below is a very general overview of the process.
USA Padel does not directly sponsor visas. However, if you have secured employment with a sponsor and have an immigration attorney, we may be able to provide an advisory letter to support your visa application. This will depend on your qualifications.
