Develop targeted campaigns, partnerships, and events to introduce padel to new communities, ensuring the sport reaches a broad audience across all regions of the country.

Support and Promote Member Clubs, Players, and Coaches

Provide resources, recognition, and promotion for member clubs, coaches, and players through marketing initiatives, coaching certifications, and club development support.

Encourage Fair Play and Sportsmanship

Implement and promote guidelines emphasizing the importance of fair play, respect, and sportsmanship in all competitions and interactions, creating a positive environment for all participants.

Develop and Grow Junior Participation

Establish programs that engage youth in padel, including coaching clinics, scholarships, and school partnerships, to ensure the next generation of players is developed and supported.

Select and Support National Teams to Represent the USA in International Competitions

Provide financial and logistical support for national team athletes, ensuring they have access to high-level training, coaching, and international competition opportunities.

Operate with Integrity, Transparency, and Responsiveness to Our Membership

Commit to ethical decision-making, clear communication, and open feedback channels, ensuring that all members are heard and valued in the governance and operations of the USPA.

Support International Padel and FIP Initiatives

Actively collaborate with the International Padel Federation (FIP) to support the growth of padel globally. Contribute to the development of international rules, standards, and competitions.

Create a Sustainable Financial Future Through Sponsorship and Industry Support

Develop and expand corporate partnerships and sponsorship opportunities. Build strong relationships with industry leaders to secure long-term financial stability for USPA’s operations and programs.

Provide Access to Technology to Connect Players and Increase Play

Partner with technology platforms that enhance player connectivity and engagement, such as match scheduling and club management tools. Focus on making it easier for players to find matches, tournaments, and practice sessions.

Gain Recognition by the USOPC

Work strategically with the United States Olympic & Paralympic Committee (USOPC) to align with their standards and apply for recognition. Develop relationships with key stakeholders to solidify padel’s position within the Olympic movement.
