The United States Padel Association (USPA) is focused on supporting high-quality coaching education and has announced its endorsement of the Racquet Sports Professionals Association (RSPA) as an Endorsed Padel Coaching Organization.

The USPA has created endorsement criteria that establish a clear framework for padel coaching organizations, ensuring that the surge of new players across the country is met by a workforce of certified professionals who meet the National Governing Body’s standards. Through a rigorous application and review process, the RSPA has met those standards. 

Setting the Standard for Certification

By endorsing the RSPA’s padel certification program, the USPA is signaling to facility owners, developers, and players that the RSPA curriculum meets the technical and strategic requirements necessary for the sport’s sustainable growth.

The USPA emphasized, “Our goal is to protect the integrity of the sport while accelerating its expansion. Endorsing the RSPA allows us to recognize their outstanding work in the field in providing a verified pathway for professionals to transition into padel with a high level of competency.”
