The United States Padel Association – Uniting Padel Enthusiasts, Shaping the Future of the Sport.

The United States Padel Association (USPA) is excited to announce that applications are now open for joining our volunteer committees for 2025. Over the past two years, our committees have made remarkable strides in shaping the future of padel in the United States. These dedicated groups of volunteers have laid a strong foundation for Team USA and contributed significantly to the growth of our sport.

In 2024, the USPA experienced an extraordinary year filled with milestones that underscored the incredible progress of padel in the United States. Here are some highlights from the past year:

  • Expanding the Reach of Padel: The sport grew at an unprecedented pace, with over 120 clubs nationwide—an increase fueled by community-driven initiatives and collaborative efforts with clubs across the country.
  • National Teams’ Global Success: Both the men’s and women’s teams competed on the world stage, with standout performances at the FIP World Championships in Doha and the Pan American Cat Libres in Paraguay. The teams demonstrated resilience and skill, achieving top-15 finishes globally and earning a strong reputation in international competitions.
  • Junior Development Initiatives: The USPA launched its Junior Grant Program and Junior Racquet Donation Program, fostering youth participation and providing resources to nurture the next generation of players.
  • Introduction of Prestigious Events: The inaugural US Open Padel Championships in New York City showcased the sport’s growing prominence, while the newly revamped Age Group National Championships provided opportunities for players across all age brackets.
  • NOX USPA Circuit Success: The 2024 NOX USPA Circuit was the largest in USPA history, featuring more tournaments than ever, and thousands of players.

These achievements were made possible through the hard work and dedication of our committees, board members, players, and volunteers.

As we embark on 2025, the USPA is expanding its committee structure to address new opportunities and challenges. This year’s committees will include:

  • Junior Development
  • Governance
  • Finance
  • US National Teams
  • Competition
  • Club and Membership Relations

Each committee will continue to play a vital role in advancing padel across different facets of the sport, ensuring its continued growth and accessibility.

Serving on a USPA committee is a unique opportunity to directly influence the growth and future of padel in the United States. Volunteers will work on initiatives that range from national team logistics to competition oversight, youth engagement, and club relations. Committee work also serves as a stepping stone for members aspiring to leadership roles within the USPA.

Each committee will be led by a board member who will oversee member selection and monthly reporting to the USPA Board of Directors. Committees are charged with making meaningful decisions and executing impactful projects over a one-year term, allowing members to contribute to different areas annually.

The USPA thrives on the passion and dedication of its community. Whether you bring expertise in governance, experience in competition, or a passion for junior development, your involvement can make a lasting impact.

Applications are now open, and all USPA members are encouraged to apply. Let’s continue to elevate padel in the United States together.
