IMPORTANT NOTICEĀ
In partnership with WPR, the USPA is now using different software for tournament registration, payments, draws, and schedules. The software will improve the experience for players, clubs, and tournament directors but is new, so it will take some time for everyone to learn the software.
KEY CHANGES
Register as a Player (Not a Team) – Each player must now register individually.
New Partner Selection – If your partner is already registered: just select them. If not: mark yourself as āwaiting for partnerā.
Payment Flow Update – Payment info is collected at registration. Youāll only be charged if your team is selected after registration closes.
REGISTRATION STEPS
–> View entry tutorial video āLog In to Your USPA and WPR Account – You must be logged into your account to enter a tournament; if you donāt have an account, create one by clicking Membership in the top right-hand corner of this page.
Each Player Must Register and Enter Payment Information Separately – The second player will select the first as their partner during the process.
When Entering, Choose the Correct Event – Choose either Menās Open, Womenās Open, Coed Open, or the correct Age Group. Age Groups are displayed as 13-14 for U14, 13 ā 16 for U16, 13 ā 18 for U18, or 35 ā 99 for 35+, 45 ā 99 for 45+, or 55 ā 99 for 55+. Later in the process you will select your division. Click GO TO CHECK OUT.
Click GO TO CHECK OUT. ā Click the box next to your name., then continue to payment, enter your payment detail, click CONFIRM ENTRIES & PAY. Your credit card will not be charged until after the registration deadline. Choose the Open or your specific Age Group. At the end of the process, for Open Categories, you will state D1, D2, D3, D4, etc. Age Groups do not have D1, D2, etc.
Select Doubles Partner ā Click SELECT PARTNER, complete 1 of the 3 options. Choose your partner if they have already entered, Click āMy partner hasnāt registered yetā, or Click āIām available/looking for a partnerā. Click SAVE SELECTION.
Select A Division – In the text field, type the division you want to play in. The USPA has the right to change players divisions based on USPA rankings, and WPR rating, if a team does not qualify for, or has entered the wrong division.
Save & Continue ā Your registration is complete, your partner must also register and make payment.
To make any changes, withdrawals, late entries, you must email the tournament director. Their email is on the entry webpage. Do not email the USPA or WPR with these changes, as the tournament director makes them. When you email the tournament director, include a photo of your USPA or WPR profile, or the email address you have registered with.
