Manual Player Addition Guide for Tournament Directors

In some situations, a player may need to be manually added to a tournament. Common cases include:

  • Late access to the tournament
  • Unplanned participation
  • Payment or membership issues to be resolved directly with the Tournament Director

To manually add a player through the Tournament Management System (TMS), the player must complete the following steps:

Steps a Player Must Complete

  1. Make sure you have a USPA Account & Membership
    Confirm with the Tournament Director.
    Memberships can be obtained at:
    https://uspa-memberships.worldpadelrating.com/
  2. Join the Tournament Management System
    The player must log in to be recognized in the tournament system:
    https://uspa.worldpadelrating.com/Account/SignIn

Action Required by Tournament Directors

Once the player has completed the steps above and exists in the system, the Tournament Director can add the player to the tournament using the Tournament Management System.
