USA Padel, the national governing body for padel in the United States, today announced it has officially changed its name from the United States Padel Association (USPA) to USA Padel.

The United States will compete at the 2026 FISU World University Padel Championship, set to run July 7-11 at PSM Fantasy Club in Malaga, Spain.

USPA Launches Junior Grant Program to Support Youth Padel Development

The United States Padel Association (USPA) is pleased to announce the launch of a Junior Grant program to provide financial support to USPA Premier Club Members that provide padel learning and playing opportunities for young players. This substantial grant program totaling $10,000 shows a commitment by the USPA to promote and grow the game within the USA. 

This focus on junior players ages 18 and under is core to the USPA’s mission to grow the game of padel in the US.  This grant program provides meaningful financial support to clubs that support both junior development and the USPA and further demonstrates the USPA’s ongoing commitment to padel clubs and professionals across the country, especially those who dedicate time and resources to our junior players.  

Successful Applicants will be provided with an Official USPA Junior Grant and be mentioned in USPA social media as the recipient of the grant.  The Club will also be expected to announce the same on its own social media accounts and to promote its commitment to juniors.
