US JUNIOR NATIONAL TEAM HEADS TO MEXICO FOR THE PAN AMERICAN JUNIOR CIRCUIT III

This August, some of the top junior padel talent from the United States will compete in Veracruz, Mexico, as part of the Pan American Junior Circuit, one of the premier junior padel circuits in the Americas.

With 15 pairs entered, the Men's 55+ bracket was the most heavily contested division of the championships, and by the time the final ball was struck, it was an unseeded pair of former U.S. Open tennis doubles partners hoisting the trophy, defying the top seeds.

USPA NATIONAL TEAM TRAINING CAMPS FOR PAN AMERICAN CHAMPIONSHIPS

As the Pan American Championships approach, the United States Padel Association is offering two training camps designed to prepare top American players for international competition. Hosted in San Diego, California, and The Woodlands, Texas, these camps offer focused development opportunities with the US National Team coaching staff and serve as important opportunities for athletes with national team aspirations.

The US National Padel Teams are proudly supported by Bullpadel, VanEck, Padel Haus, Padelmba, Chosen Foods, and Bullpadel – The official ball of the USPA.


Building Toward the Pan American Championships

These camps are part of the USPA’s broader preparation program for two major international events:

  • Pan American Cat Libres Championships. November 6–9, 2025. Missiones, Argentina
  • Pan American Senior & Ladies Championships. December 3–6, 2025.  Asunción, Paraguay

West Coast Training Camp, San Diego. September 6

The first camp will take place at Padel N9ne in San Diego, CA, and it will bring together three USPA national coaches: Antonio Martinez, Jacobo Blanco, and Jon Guerra.

  • Schedule: 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM
  • Location: 9955 Barnes Canyon Rd, San Diego, CA 92121
  • Cost: $110 per participant

This camp is designed for players interested in either the Cat Libres (Amateur) or the Seniors (Age Group) National Teams. It will serve as an opportunity to meet and train with US National Team Coaches and bond and connect with other players with competitive aspirations from California and the Southwest.

Texas Training Camp, The Woodlands. September 11–12

Held at U-PADEL in The Woodlands, just outside Houston, this two-day camp provides a flexible format for Age Group players (ages 35+) looking to tailor their preparation ahead of the USPA Age Group National Championships, which begin immediately afterward at the same venue.

Led by US National Team coaches Angel Espadas and Antonio Martinez, the camp includes up to eight ninety-minute sessions spread over two days. Players can choose to participate in as many or as few sessions as they’d like. 

  • Thursday, September 11.  3:00–6:00 PM
  • Friday, September 12. 9:00 – 7:00 PM
  • Cost: $30 per session

Session times may be adjusted after the entries have closed and the draws for the Age Group National Championships have been published.
