The United States Padel Association (USPA) is thrilled to announce the launch of FIP Beyond, a groundbreaking new global tour created by the International Padel Federation (FIP) specifically for amateur players. Approved at the recent FIP General Assembly in Acapulco, this tour is set to revolutionize the amateur game by offering a professional-grade competitive structure for players of all ages.
What is FIP Beyond?
FIP Beyond is designed to bridge the gap between recreational play and the professional circuit, providing a global stage for amateurs to compete, earn ranking points, and qualify for prestigious international finals. The tour focuses on inclusivity, social interaction, and sporting excellence.
Key Features of the Tour:
- Three Tournament Levels:
- B1: High-level competition with total prize money between $7,000 and $20,000
- B2: Mid-level competition with total prize money between €3,600 and €10,800
- B3: A purely competitive experience focused on development (no prize money)
- Age Categories:
- Amateur: 18–39 years.
- Seniors: +40, +45, +50, +55, and +60
- Global Ranking & Major Events: Results from FIP Beyond events will count toward a unified international ranking (best 11 results). Top-ranked players will gain access to major season-ending events:
- FIP Beyond Finals
- FIP Beyond Continental Cup by Pairs
- FIP Beyond World Cup by Pairs
Call for Hosts: We are inviting USPA member clubs and venues to apply to host FIP Beyond tournaments in 2026. This is a unique opportunity to put your club on the global map and welcome amateur talent from across the region. This early application phase is designed to prioritize FIP Affiliated Federations. This ensures that USPA club members have the first opportunity to secure dates and be part of the preliminary calendar.
