October 16 – 19, 2025, will mark a milestone moment for padel in the United States, as two major events take place within just a short drive of each other: the Pro Padel League (PPL) City’s Cup Finals in New York City and a USPA Age Group Regional Tournament in Norwalk, Connecticut.
Pro Padel League City’s Cup Finals at Hammerstein Ballroom
From October 16-19, the PPL will host its season-ending City’s Cup Finals at New York’s historic Hammerstein Ballroom. Known for its storied past as a stage for legends like David Bowie and Queen, the venue will now provide the dramatic backdrop for the league’s top players, including international stars Agustin Tapia, Federico Chingotto, Gemma Triay, and Delfi Brea.
The championships will showcase the eight best PPL teams of the 2025 season, competing in a single-elimination format that promises fast-paced, high-energy matches. With its unique setting in midtown Manhattan, the event underscores the league’s vision of combining world-class competition with an immersive entertainment experience.

USPA Age Group Regional – Norwalk, CT
Just 45 minutes away, the USPA Age Group Regional Tournament will be held in Norwalk, Connecticut, on October 18–19. The event will feature men’s and women’s categories in the 35+, 45+, and 55+ divisions, giving senior players from across the region the chance to compete in a national pathway event.
Matches will be played during the day, with the finals on Sunday, October 19, allowing participants to compete, then head to New York City to take in the PPL Finals — all within the same weekend.
