A Milestone for American Padel

The release of the first half of 2026’s schedule represents a milestone moment for the sport’s continued professionalization in the United States. As padel participation accelerates, the number of sanctioned events has reached unprecedented levels, reflecting both player demand and club readiness nationwide.

“This schedule is the most ambitious we’ve ever published,” said Juan Arraya, Chair of the USPA Competition Committee. “It reflects the hard work of our clubs, the dedication of our volunteers, and the enthusiasm of our players. We’re building a structure that not only supports competition today, but will sustain growth for years to come. We are extremely pleased to announce the schedule three months prior to the end of the year, truly allowing players to plan for their best year of pade ever.”

Providing Players the Time to Plan

When the new Competition Committee was formed in early 2025, one of its key priorities was to provide players with greater visibility into the tournament calendar. By releasing the first-half schedule in advance, the USPA ensures that players and clubs have adequate time to plan their travel, partnerships, and competitive goals for the upcoming season.

Tournament scheduling remains a complex process involving geographic balance, facility readiness, and event accessibility. Each iteration of the circuit aims to refine that balance, with continued adjustments based on community feedback and participation data.

Opportunities for Tournament Hosts

The USPA continues to invite clubs to participate in the tournament hosting process. Hosting a USPA-sanctioned event allows facilities to engage their members, attract new players, and showcase their venues at a national level.

Looking Ahead

The USPA will release the second-half 2026 schedule by the end of January, continuing its commitment to transparency and early communication.

The expansion of the Nox USPA Circuit reflects a pivotal moment in American padel’s evolution,  where participation, professionalism, and infrastructure are all advancing in unison.

As the sport continues to mature, the 2026 season stands as both a reflection of the progress made and a signal of what’s still to come.
