Since the USPA does not deliver coaching courses directly, the organization has focused on evaluating and endorsing independent coaching organizations that meet established criteria related to curriculum quality, coach education standards, safeguarding, and alignment with the long-term development of the sport. RB Padel Academy is one of the select few organizations endorsed by the USPA to provide padel coaching certifications within the United States.

The academy is led by Richy Bailey, who brings decades of experience as both a player and coach. Bailey worked internationally across Europe and the United States, served in national team coaching roles, and contributed to the development of junior and high-performance players.
