USPA Masters Finals 2024: A Grand Finale for the NOX USPA Circuit

The 2024 USPA Masters Finals, held from December 6–8 at the iconic Padel Haus Dumbo in Brooklyn, marked the thrilling conclusion of the NOX USPA Circuit. This final major event brought together the nation’s finest padel players to compete for glory and 1500 ranking points, closing out an unforgettable season in style.

The men’s competition delivered high-octane action, culminating in a standout performance by Nico Agritelley (Ranked 5th overall) and Juan Manuel “Guga” Vazquez (Ranked 1st overall), who secured the title dominantly. It is the first time this pair has teamed up, as Guga and Agritelley partnered with various players throughout the year, making this victory all that more impressive.

  • Semifinal 1: Agritelley & Vazquez defeated Moose Bayoumy and Mateo Coles 6-2, 7-5 to advance to the finals.
  • Semifinal 2: Guillermo Jimenez Cagigas and Maximiliano Rozas edged Radu Ionescu and Fausto Baraldi 6-3, 7-6 in a close-fought battle.
  • Final:Agritelley & Vazquez showcased their skills in the final, triumphing over Jimenez Cagigas & Rozas 6-3, 6-2 to claim the championship.

The women’s draw brought equal intensity, with the underdog team of Anna Cortiles (Ranked 2nd overall) and Luicelena Perez (Ranked 4th overall) emerging victorious after a nail-biting upset against the top-seeded pair of Jordana Lujan (Ranked 3rd overall) and Brittany Dubins (Ranked 1st overall).

  • Semifinal 1: Lujan & Dubins advanced with a confident 6-1, 6-4 victory over Marta Morga Alonso and Adriana Perez.
  • Semifinal 2: Cortiles & Perez dominated Andrea Samson and Dhany Quevedo 6-0, 6-1 to book their place in the final.
  • Final:Cortiles & Perez displayed resilience and determination, winning an epic 6-4, 5-7, 6-2 showdown to secure the women’s title.

The USPA Masters Finals served as the crowning moment of the NOX USPA 2024 Circuit, highlighting the remarkable growth and passion for padel across the United States. This year’s events showcased extraordinary talent and fierce competition, paving the way for an even brighter future.
